The Fine Print:
To ensure a focused, intentional, and unhurried experience for every guest, I kindly ask that you honor the following studio policies.
1. Reservations & Cancellations
To secure your one-on-one session, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If we book your appointment manually, you will receive a secure form to provide this information. Please complete this within one week of booking to avoid a potential cancellation of your appointment.
I understand that life happens; however, I require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in a 50% charge of the services booked.
2. Grace Period: Late Arrivals
Traffic and life surprises happen to the best of us. However, to ensure I can provide the undivided attention each client deserves and stay on schedule for the day, I offer a 15-minute grace period.
At 10 minutes late: I will send a courtesy text to check in.
At 15 minutes late: We may need to reschedule your visit or adjust your service to fit the remaining time.
If a reschedule is required due to lateness, the 50% late fee will apply. If we are able to adjust the service to fit the remaining time, the original service price will still apply.
3. Adjustments
My goal is for you to leave my chair feeling like the best version of yourself. If you feel your hair needs a slight adjustment, please reach out within one week of your original service. I am happy to offer complimentary accommodations within that timeframe to ensure you love your results.
4. Your Investment
Pricing at Iris + Thorne is based on the technical skill, dedicated timing, and product usage required for each custom look. The prices listed on my service menu are starting rates. Your final total may be adjusted to reflect additional product or extended time needed to achieve your specific hair goals while maintaining hair integrity.
5. Safe & Sound: Inclement Weather
Your safety—and mine—is a top priority. In the event of extreme weather or unsafe road conditions, I reserve the right to reschedule our session. Should a weather-related reschedule be necessary, I will reach out to you as early as possible and ensure you are offered a new appointment time within one week of your original date.

It’s color designed to grow with you, not away from you. By using strategic placement and soft, seamless transitions, I create a look that stays beautiful for months rather than weeks. It’s the perfect choice for a high-end look that fits a low-maintenance lifestyle.
What color line do you use?
I exclusively use Oligo Professionnel. I chose this line for its incredible integrity and the way it prioritizes the health of your hair, ensuring your color is as vibrant as it is shiny.
Should I show up with clean hair?
Yes, please! For the best results, I ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair. This gives me a clear canvas to see your hair's natural movement and ensures the color settles perfectly.
How can I pay for my appointment?
I accept both Cash and Card for your service total.
How do I handle tipping?
If you’d like to leave a tip, I am only able to accept Cash or Venmo at this time. I appreciate your understanding!
Do you offer gift certificates?
I do! They are the perfect way to share the Iris & Thorne experience. You can purchase them directly through my online booking site at any time.
